~~Rickey Young, former running back for the San Diego Chargers, signed this 8x10 photo with a blue Sharpie. Rickey, who played his college football at Jackson State, began his NFL career with the San Diego Chargers in 1975. He played for the Chargers 1975-77 and Minnesota Vikings 1978-83. During his career, he played in 131 games, rushed 1,011 times for 3,666 yards and 23 TD's, caught 408 passes for 3,285 yards and 16 TD's and returned 20 kickoffs for 373 yards. In 1978, he led the league with 88 receptions and established a new mark for pass receptions by a running back in one season. Rickey was the first player to score a TD during the regular season at the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome on September 12, 1982. Rickey signed this photo on September 16, 2006.

Rickey Young (born December 7, 1953 in Mobile, Alabama) is a former American football running back who played nine seasons in the NFL. Young played college football at Jackson State and was a teammate of Walter Payton. Rickey was drafted in 1975 (7th round, 164th overall pick) by the San Diego Chargers. After playing three years for the Chargers (1975–1977) he was traded to the Minnesota Vikings for Ed White (All-Pro guard). In his first season with the Vikings (1978) he led the NFL with 88 receptions.
