Juan began his career in 1981 with the San Diego Padres.  He played for the Padres 1981-83, New York Yankees 1985, 1987 and Baltimore Orioles 1986.  During his career, he played in 429 games and banged out 375 hits (including 50 doubles, 9 triples and 7 HR's) in 1,462 at bats for a .256 career batting average.  Juan drew 116  walks, batted in 101 runs and scored another 145 runs.  Juan signed the sweet spot of this OML Allan H. Juan Guillermo Bonilla (born February 12, 1956) is a Puerto Rican former professional baseball player who played in the Major Leagues from 1981-1987 as a second baseman. He played for the San Diego Padres, Baltimore Orioles and New York Yankees. His uniform numbers were #3 (San Diego Padres 1981-1983), #55 (New York Yankees), #3 (Baltimore Orioles 1986), and #47 (New York Yankees, first half of 1987 season), #57 (second half of 1987 season).

Bonilla also played baseball at Florida State University.
